We build Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties throughout the Okanagan.

We pride ourselves on being a family owned and operated company, and are dedicated to putting our passion for quality and workmanship into every project we take on.

Founded by Chuck Winn, who has deep roots in the Okanagan, and has been a builder for over 25 years. Chuck spent the beginning of his contracting career learning everything he could about the industry from his father and is proudly carrying on the tradition with his own sons.

Our experience ranges from large professional complexes, industrial facilities, resort communities, government buildings, single-family homes, and dream retirement homes. Whether large or small, we help bring our clients’ visions to life. We believe that a solid plan, a passionate team and quality workmanship are integral parts of each and every project we take on.

Our experienced team will guide you through the entire building process from the concept stage until we hand over the keys, answering your questions and helping you with decisions every step of the way.
